I think the neck needs to be vertical, which makes it basically look normal. The resulting angled top-of-cuirass line is atypical for London, but normal at other times (e.g. Rome early 312-313).

In any event I think it's too early to expect any heavens-gazing at this date - our boy was too busy feeding gauls to the lions. etc.

Yes, your orientation looks normal, but seems somewhat crooked. I think the engraver was just a bit off.
