This fake is copying a miliarense, so it should be in silver instead of bronze.   21mm   4.8gm

Out of curiosity, how can we tell that this is not an ancient fake or text strike? Thanks!

this is a known fake, but if you had not already seen other fakes like it; the best way to know it is not real is to compare it with genuine examples. It is crude compared to the real deal, especially the reverse. The entire reverse is poorly engraved, most awkward is the raised arm.
