General Discussion / Re: Recent website pages

I updated my London page

https://constantinethegreatcoins.com/London/

I went through all my trays and sorted them earliest to latest and checked each coin against my website. I had several that I sold and deleted them, I found a few duplicates and removed them unless there was something special. I even found one coin in my trays that I had forgot to add to my site

I have a Trajan Decius with an old dealer tag.

Karel Chaura was born and died in Prague (4 Nov 1869- 5 May 1945) He was an antiquarian and founding member and official of the Czechoslovak Numismatic Society. He was a collector of coins and medals. He was the son of František Rudolf Chaura and their collection is now kept in the National Museum.

Interesting to see the relative numbers of London SARMATIA DEVICTA (for Constantine I) vs VOT X (for Crispus and Constantine II) - 48/144/175. The hoard seems large enough, and straddles this time period, that I assume these are reflective of relative quantities in which they were made. Poor dad getting no respect.

It's also notable that while coins from this "PLON u" ( SARM. DEV/VOT X) issue are common in the hoard, there are none from the following (unlisted in RIC) "PLON u dot" one, confirming that this must have been a very low volume issue.
