This is currently listed on eBay by seller doktorka-333 who claims it's been in his/her collection for a "very long time".

It's a modern repro sold by the viatemporis.net site.

 


The bust style is a giveaway, but the type is rare enough many people may not have seen one.

I don't think I have ever seen doktorka listing real coins...though he may have accidentally.  :D
