I just got this Constantius II from Antioch with a cross on the banner. The cross is not depicted as often as a Chi-Rho. Antioch has a total of four possible symbols on the banner, as evidenced by the previous emission of ANA, versus this coin which has a star in the left field and is only listed for the Chi-Rho and cross. The picture below shows the four possible symbols on the banner.
