CONSTAN/TINVS/CAESAR; legend in three lines; star above; SMANTE on fourth line.

Could be ANTIOCH 59 with obliterated dot. "A" i CONSTANTINVS is also not visible.

Yes, I thought of that, but there is no trace under angled bright light with magnification; while the A is faintly visible. Of course, there is no way to be certain that the dot is not completely obliterated.
