The VICTORIA AVGVSTORVM type was issued by Constantius II during his campaign against Magnentius. Below is an example for Constantius II.

RIC VIII does not list any of these for Gallus from Sirmium (Siscia is listed- see 2nd coin below), so your coin is unlisted...congrats on a nice example.

Your coin was issued between A.D. 351- 354
