Constantius II Siscia campgate with unusual top row

The top row on the first coin below is unusual in that there are no dividing lines separating, representing blocks, shown; or the dots are directly over the lines, mostly obscuring them. The second coin below is a more normal representation. It's a small thing, but I found it interesting.
