I just saw this coin for sell, it is described as possibly tooled, but I am confident that it is a fake. The thin letters of the obverse inscription mirror similar fakes of rarer Late Roman bronze coins that are currently coming out of Eastern Europe.

I have attached some fakes of similar style for comparison sold by damastion2010. Note the similarity of the letter forms and border with the second coin, surely from the same hand.
