Unusual bronze coin with CONOB mintmark

I don't have this coin yet, but here is the dealer's picture. I liked this one because it is very unusual- the reverse has what looks like a mintmark of CONOB, which was used officially on gold coins. The obverse also has a wild looking portrait. This small bronze coin seems to be styled on an Ostrogoth or Visigoth gold coin.

I got an email from someone that has a coin like this one, except his legend is clear. He said his obverse legend was DN SEVR VS PF AVG and the reverse was VICTR AVGGG. So it seems it is copying a coin of Severus III. Unfortunately I have not seen a picture of the coin.
