Constantinopolis of the day

Here is a beautifully engraved coin. It is an otherwise common coin, but the fine attention to detail has elevated it above most other examples; I have seldom seen them as nice. My first thought when I saw it was that it looked like a medallion. The obverse is just stunning, Constantinopolis has an elegant neck and finely engraved features, there is some damage on the obverse, but it doesn't interfere with the portrait.
