VIRTVS EXERCIT from Thessalonica with some crazy engraving

On the first coin below, it seems the engraver was not sure what he was engraving. On the obverse, the right shoulder looks like it has spikes coming out from it. The second picture is a more common representation.

I got the coin yesterday...impressively fast shipping from France. Also note the really long feet on left captive and right arm of right captive.
