This is a well known fake that pops up every now and again on eBay. I am reposting it because this one is currently offered by ancientground from Cyprus

This guy sells lots of authentic coins with some fakes mixed in. No matter how many real coins he sells though, he is ultimately a fakeseller and best to be avoided; though I confess I think I have bought some unofficial VLPP's from him.
