Ostrogoth pseudo-Imperial

This coin reminds me of the Ostrogothic ROMA INVICTA coin types, as it has the same bust type (helmeted and cuirassed bust of Roma). However, I could not find a similar reverse and the legends look like they may be garbled, though I can't be sure as I can't decipher them. I think it is most likely a pseudo-Imperial issue, perhaps struck due to a shortage of small change, and it is small at 12x13mm and 1.3gm. For comparison of the bust, the second coin below is an Ostrogothic coin of Athalaric, though the busts of Roma come in a variety of styles.

REV: Victory advancing left with wreath, cross in left field.

Gundobad

I see similarities with the helmeted head nummi of Zeno. Same for reverse with the victory and captive, but the legend is hard to place.
