The important bit being "any catalogue I have" 

It is RIC VII Arles 287 and while it is listed as an r5 in RIC, the opening bid of $200 is probably a bit high.

Ferrando downgrades the rarity to r2 (#790)

I messaged the seller and gave him the info about his coin. He relisted the coin and changed the price...it's $100 more, so $300 now.
