here's a rare Ӕ1 for Valentinian I

Valentinian I
A.D. 364-367
28mm   7.6gm
D N VALENTINI-ANVS P F AVG; pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right.
RESTITVTOR REIPVBLICAE; emperor standing facing, head right, holding standard and Victory on globe.
In ex. SMHB

Here is my example from Constantinople,

16mm - 1.74g.
DNVALENTINI-ANVSPFAVG
RESTITV-TORREIP
in ex, CONSP?. not sure what the last symbol is called. looks like 2 bumps.
Constantinople RIC 20 ?

at 16mm, it is is not an Ӕ1, though. It's an Ӕ3, versus the Ӕ1 of 28mm. Your coin also has the shortened reverse legend of REIP.

True, its a different size but still an uncommon coin of Valentinian.
I havnt been able to give it an exact id either, the mintmark is proving troublesome.
Do you know what the last symbol is called in the exergue ?

I think that is either a die crack or flan defect, or even possibly a bit of a double strike, it looks like some ghosting around the other letters in the mintmark, most evident with the letter C, which looks almost like an S. Also note though, how there is a line from the S of RES that runs across the left field until it meets the shaft of the standard, which could be a large crack all the way to the mintmark. Whichever it is, I don't believe it is part of the mintmark and RIC only records CONSP[A-Δ] for this issue, RIC 20
