Title: Constantine I votive from Rome with Eros/Amor mintmark
Post by: Victor on April 27, 2016, 08:12:18 AM
This mint mark is a cryptogram, and is Greek for eros, which in Latin is amor. This in turn is a palindrome, as amor spelled backwards is Roma.
