There is a new book by Noel Lenski coming out sometime in 2015 Constantine and the Cities (University of Pennsylvania Press 2015)
I am sure that a few of you are familiar with some of his other publications like-
The Cambridge Companion to the Age of Constantine (Cambridge University Press 2006; revised edition 2011)
Failure of Empire: Valens and the Roman State In the Fourth Century AD (University of California Press 2002; paper 2014)

I forgot all about this and was reading Constantine and the Cities today, when I saw this picture. There is a typo with the VRBS, though; it is RIC VII. I also believe that the coin is probably Arles 400, due to it's low weight; but otherwise 385 and 400 are identical.
