This AE3 consular bust issue was probably issued to commemorate the consulship of Theodosius in A.D. 388. RIC rates this coin as merely scarce but I would say they are at least rare, if not very rare. The first picture was from Ebay, the second is mine.
Theodosius I
A.D. 384- 388
DN THEODO-SIVS PF AVG; pearl diademed, draped in imperial mantle, holding mappa and scepter.
GLORIA REI-PVBLICE, campgate with two turrets, Tau-Rho between them. In left field B.
In ex. TES
RIC IX Thessalonica 59b
Nice coin! Haven't really see any of them around.

Dumbarton Oaks dates this issue to A.D. 385 because of the consular dress.
