Title: What is that on Carthage?

I was looking at my latest Carthage coin and noticed something that I had not paid attention to before. Above her shoulders is something thin on both sides. It took me a few minutes to figure out that they are ties for her headdress; like the ties shown for Maxentius, only longer.
