I just won this odd looking coin
dealer description
Valentinian I. AD 364-375. Æ (16.5mm, 1.34 g, 9h). Uncertain mint. Pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Emperor right, holding labarum and Victory on globe. Brown patina, reddish earthen deposits, irregular edge, a couple of flan cracks. Near VF.
I don't think the description is right though, as Valentinian didn't have any coins with Emperor holding victory on globe and a reverse legend of [???] PVBLICE
