I just got this coin. It has an odd planchet from a slightly off center strike; but is a very sharp coin.

IMP CONSTAN-TINVS AVG; high crested helmet and cuirassed bust left, spear over right shoulder.
VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP; two Victories stg., facing one another, together holding shield inscribed VOT PR on altar.
