I'm very proud to to share this rare coin. My personal Xmas gift.

Constantine I, as Caesar, 306-307.

Yes! I understand those GPR coins featuring Constantine as Caesar from Eastern mints are pretty scarce.

I've seen a couple examples of this coin available for purchase over the years (and yours is quite nice - congratulations!), the one I haven't been able to find is a Constantine/caesar coin from Nicomedia. RIC lists them as only R (the Serdica coin is R3), it's the only mint that I'm missing. Here's my Serdica coin though --

It's an outstanding coin! R3 is probably the correct rarity for this type. It has not been inflated by the flood of coins from Eastern Europe (despite my one comes from a large butch of tetrarchic follis from eastern mints).

I do not have a fully silvered Serdica one, but here is my heraclean Genio  ;D
