Title: Constantine II VLPP from Lyons struck on thick flan
Post by: Victor on April 19, 2020, 10:07:33 AM
This coin has a thick flan like it was struck with two flans. The weight (5.8g) is twice the normal weight and the side shot seems to show what looks like the edges of the two flans.

This one is also interesting. Constantine the Great. I think two blanks were struck at the same time and partly welded together, and also one split in half.
