Title: Constantius II FEL TEMP from Thessalonica with sitting horseman.

This FEL TEMP was issued under the authority of Vetranio. It has a sitting horseman on the reverse, which is one of the many different types. So instead of a falling or fallen horseman, this is a sitting horseman type... :D
