I should wait for your picture instead of trying to make a decent one from those from eBay.

Yes, the auction picture was not the best...though mine is not the greatest either.

Nice catch !

I was pretty happy to have spotted it, but quite a few other people also saw it, including Lech apparently. I even had someone email me about it (he's a member here) because they were the underbidder and wondered if I saw the coin.

I was relieved the coin finally arrived. I live in Tennessee and it was mailed from a city in Kentucky only about 3 hours from my house. The coin somehow made a trip to Texas before getting to me.

Yep. I was one under bidder. Pretty close. But as with all auctions, you never know what the winner was going to go. It’s a special coin. I’m glad it went to someone who can appreciate it. Victor do you plan to keep it, or will we see it in your shop anytime soon? I hope it will have a nice fat mark up. That retirement fund won’t fund itself…

Yeah - the mail can be pretty nerve-wracking at times. Somehow things to tend to eventually arrive though!

Just comparing your coin with the RIC 79 in Berlin (on their web site) - seems like it may be a reverse die match.

I plan on keeping it...for now.

Yes, I think so. I wish my coin looked half as good.
