RIC only lists workshop Q for this coin, but it is in Ferrando.

Constantius II
A.D. 326- 327
19mm     2.5gm
FL IVL CONSTANTIVS NOB C; Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust left.
VIRTVS CAESS; camp gate with open doors and four turrets with star above them; T/F across fields.

What a great example. I like the decoration on the doors as well.
