Here is a picture of the lot I just won in the Numismatik Naumann 47 auction. It looks like a good lot; but my last few large lots have been disappointing. This one looks like it has potential.

That looks like a nice lot. I had a few unsuccessful bids in that auction but I have the feeling that coin prices have gone up in the last 6 months or so.

Yes, it seems like prices for nice lots have gone up a bit. I actually raised my max bid in the last hour and got the lot for exactly my newly raised max...I hate it when that happens; but I guess I would have been more upset if I knew I had lost the lot by only one bid increment-- which the underbidder did.

I just won several lots in Numismatik Naumann Auction 72

Those seem to be a couple of nice lots! Just a few minutes ago I went a bit crazy in their new auction, #73. For the first time in quite a while there were some nice campgates featured. Hopefully luck is on my side this time :)

Yes, it looks like someone consigned a nice campgate collection. Good luck.

I got my coins today and it was unusually quick shipping; but, surprise, the lot I was most looking forward to (and most expensive) was left out of my shipment. Hopefully they sort it out quickly.

Looks like there were some nice ones in that lot. Those Alexandrian coins are sure pretty!

It was actually the lot I was most interested in. I was outbid, but they contacted me and said the other bidder wanted to cancel, so I could have the lot at my max bid...hopefully they removed all of the the ex-high bidders bids. I paid the new invoice, but whoever put the shipment together had the old invoice and left out this lot.
