Just saw that second one. The obverse would have fooled me. The reverse just looks too smooth in the fields. Plus, who sells a $4000 coin on eBay? I guess it's done. But a Constantine SPES PUBLVIC would go to a proper auction house, it seems to me.

The obverse bust and legend looks good for a Siscia issue, but it does not look so much like one from Constantinople.

you can compare it with the Siscia coin below.
