Title: Constantine II AE20, help with ID
Post by: Peppe77 on January 22, 2023, 07:40:39 AM
Hi,

I have trouble ID this Constantine II bronze. 20mm, 3,03g.

DN CONSTANTINO IVN NC, laureate head r.
VIRTVS EXERCIT, trophy with two captives, P[LG] in exe, A - S in field.

It looks like a RIC VII Lyons 113 maybe? But that has a draped bust. Can anyone help me out?

Hello and welcome.

Nice find...your coin is not listed in RIC, but it is in Bastien.
