These are fairly common, but this one is pretty nice and has a lot of silvering left.

CONSTANTINVS NOB CAES; laureate head right.
CONSERVATORES KART SVAE; Carthage standing facing, head left, holding fruits in both hands, within hexastyle temple with plain pediment.

Nice coin.
I noticed that the edges of these coins are often poruous and irregular (maybe the alloy had a different composition)... probabably because this was the last regular issue before the Alexander revolt and the situition was already "complicated".

Yes, all the flans of this type I have had have been rough.

Here is a Maximianus that I have that is also the same.
