Looks to be Cyzicus rather than Nicomedia. Is there anything else I’m missing?

Yes, it is Nicomedia and it is the "eyes to Heaven" bust.

Ah, eyes to heaven bust, I see it now. Mint mark looks to me to be SMKB dot which would make it Cyzicus rather than Nicomedia. It’s hard to tell from the photo though, so hard to tell. Nice coin, I don’t have an eyes to heaven campgate.

Edit - From Helvetica's spreadsheets:
Constantine I
CONSTAN-TINVS AVG
Bust: DU (plain or ladder-shaped diademed (sometimes with dots in the sections) head only, looking upwards)

SMKB dot

Sorry for putting Nicomedia in my reply; I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing. It is of course from Cyzicus.
