Title: Constantius II GLORIA REIPVBLICAE from Antioch
Post by: Victor on May 06, 2013, 03:33:09 PM
I just saw this thing being sold by someone from Egypt; however I don't think that it would fool many people. It is imitating a Constantius II GLORIA REIPVBLICAE solidus from Antioch, but is made from the wrong metal and the spelling is horrible.

from the sellers description- "Rome and Constantinopolis shield inscribed  bronze this coin very rare to be found there is two or three listing in the net listing this coin for sell for big bucks thousands of dollars I am listing this coin for the high bidder starting  price is low good luck"
