The Constantine VLPP from Siscia are listed in RIC as cuirassed only, though I have had several with drapery. My latest example clearly has a fibula and cloak trailing over left shoulder. The engraver made a distinction with "rivets" on the cuirass and then the plain bit which is the cloak.
