Title: Unpublished Arcadius?

Hi, I just purchased a coin of Arcadius
It is Heraclea, RIC 16, however it is not in RIC for Arcadius. I have this type for him from Nicomedia (R4), and I have seen few more on the market but not of Heraclea. Obviously many more coins surfaced after RIC has been published, so not totally surprising, I an just curious if another exaple(s) been seen before.

Congrats on a nice find. I don't recall seeing any other examples. I also checked the Dumbarton Oaks Collection.
