Title: Licinius II VOT V from Siscia

here is a neat coin from Siscia without a workshop. It is listed in RIC for Crispus and Constantine I; but not for Licinius II. Some familiar people used to own it--Ex. Keith Metzer (Arles) and ex Jeff Clark VOTA collection.
