Title: Constantine I IOVI CONSERVATORI from Trier

Here is a recent acquisition. I like it because it is an unofficial issue, but in pretty good style. Also, this type was never officially struck for Constantine. It was struck for Licinius and the second coin below is an official example.

Pretty great letter forms for an unofficial coin!

I took a new picture. I believe it is actually copying an Arles coin, due to the four letters in the mintmark and both eagle wings horizontal, which is an Arles variety, versus Trier which usually has one wing pointing downwards. Below is also Licinius from Arles. I have to admit I said Trier mint because I was merely copying the auction house...so just lazy thinking on my behalf.
