This coin looks like workshop B, which is not listed in RIC

This coin was misattributed in a recent auction- "Constantius II, as Caesar, Æ Nummus. Siscia, AD 350-351. D N CONSTANTIVS IVN NOB C, bare-head, draped and cuirassed bust right / VICTORIA AVGVSTORVM, Victory left with open wings, holding wreath in her right hand, palm branch in her left hand; BSIS in exergue. RIC VIII 313. 2.37g, 19mm, 6h."
