I am pretty sure this is a copy, rather than a true mule - the style is OK but the letters are just a bit crude I think. The eastern mints don't turn up as much as imitations in my experience so that makes it neat, and just as a bonus I think it is double (or over) struck. The flat area on the bottom left of the camp gate is where the exergue of the previous strike was, and a couple of the legs are visible right on the edge of the coin, but not clear enough to guess whether it is a double strike, or over - struck on another coin

It's definitely unofficial. The letters do look crude and the legend is very crowded on the reverse with the last S in the mintmark also retrograde.
