Here is a group of coins with an interesting little gem- it is a Vandal civic issue from Carthage minted during the reign of Gelimer or Huneric.


Vandal Civic Issue
A.D. 480- 533
10x11mm   1.2gm
Obv: diademed and draped bust of Carthage left, holding palm.
Rev: Bar over N over IIII in three lines.
Carthage mint
MIB I, 20 (Gelimer); BMC Vandals 12 (Huneric); MEC 1, 55.

Here is another example I just got. It was described as having an artificial sand patina and listed as ex. ROMA Numismatics. They did not apply the sand patina, but had some consignments in a few auctions from Athena Numismatics. I will leave the patina as is, since I am not selling this one.
