The obverse legend for coins of Constantius II as Caesar generally read FL IVL CONSTANTIVS NOB C for Flavius Julius Constantius etc, while for Constantine II, as he was Flavius Claudius Julius etc., the obverse generally reads CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C. However there are at least 2 obverse dies from Alexandria for the 2 soldiers Gloria Exercitus issue that reads FL IVL CONSTANTINVS NOB C
Not in RIC notes 'Possibly an engraver's slip. But note that two known specimens are from different dies so it could be a result of wrong instruction given by mint authorities'.
The attached coin now adds Antioch as a mint with the same interesting error. Perhaps an indication that the same person engraved the obverse dies for both Caesar's?
Weight is 2.30 grams, diameter 17.5 mm

it's a neat error.
It seems that most attention was paid to the Imperial busts and less to the legends.
