An auction house from San Marino Republic is selling this extremely rare coin for 450€......

I almost never bid on coins from auction houses because very often the starting price is too high, but the first coin is nice and will probably sell for more.

Victor, it's exactly the same coin after and before a really heay cleaning.
It looks also tooled.

Sorry, I didn't pay enough attention to where you said "same"

It does look like it has more detail now, but maybe it was thickly encrusted with patina, or as you said maybe some tooling.
