Title: Rare Gratian from Constantinopolis
Post by: Factor on February 08, 2018, 10:18:59 PM
Received this one few days ago. One of the most common reverse types, but rare for Gratian from eastern mints. Impressive and realistic portrait for the period.

A nice and rare coin.
I believe is Ric IX, Constantinople 41d. But  I don´t find the wreath and palm branch combination for  the 3th work shop.

Best regards, Ignacio.

Nice find. Yes, it is 41d, but an unlisted workshop.
