Here is a rare coin that is not in RIC that was just auctioned. It is part of a series of rare coins that have similar reverse messages of victory and North African symbolism like palm trees. These coins must be celebrating the victory of Maxentius over Domitius Alexander in Carthage.

MAXENTIUS (307-312). Follis. Rome.
Obv: IMP C MAXENTIVS P F AVG.
Laureate head right.
Rev: VICTORIAS AVG N / RBQ.
Two Victories, facing each other, holding up shield resting on palm-trunk and inscribed VOT/X in two lines.
