I really enjoy nice lots of coins...though it is a bit of work to go through them; I still really enjoy the process.

and a third lot from the same seller in France

I suspect these are from an old collection as there is not any duplication of types...a lot of effort into assembling different emperors and reverses.

Those sure are nice lots! I agree with your sentiment. Going through lots like these are a lot of fun! I would love to purchase more of these but sometimes I just cannot convince myself to buy given the prices some lots go for.

The prices on these lots were not cheap, but less than my max bids. Due to the quality and variety, I consider these bargains. I have already catalogued several rarities, including two that were not in RIC. I also consider it a privilege to be able to acquire lots like these, which I know that someone must have spent years collecting.

I have to agree with that. High quality lots are always a lot of fun, especially well curated ones. How do you find these?

How do you find these?

You have to look through all the junk on eBay to occasionally find something nice.
