FL IVL CONSTAN-TIVS NOB C; laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right. 
GLOR-IA EXERC-ITVS; Two soldiers helmeted, stg. facing one another, reversed spear in outer hands, inner hands on shields resting on the ground; between them one standard inscribed with a Chi-Rho.

Hi Victor,

it is not ARLES 396 (Constantius II) which has unbroken obverse legend. It is ARLES 399 (Delmatius), both officinae attested.

The obverse legend is FLDELMA-TIVSNOBC.

It should be obvious that there is no room for FLIVLCONSTAN (12 letters!), but I have made the same mistake...  :(
