After magnifying the picture I see dot in mintmark, like on SISCIA 61.

There is no need to magnify it, what you are talking about is perfectly visible; but I don't believe that it is a dot, though I could very well be wrong. The first thing that I did was compare this coin with Siscia 61 which generally have a clear dot that is usually closer to the rest of the mintmark and a bit higher. Below are some example for comparison. In hand I will be able to confirm what it is, but my first impression was that it was not a dot. I might also be able to determine RIC number just by the flan, though sometimes it is not so easy. RIC 56 flans are a bit smaller and thicker than RIC 61. When I get the coin I will post better pictures.

Here is a better picture of the coin and it is clear that there is not a dot in the mintmark. It's just a small break in the sand patina showing the darker patina underneath.
