I found this portrait exceptionally expressive.

Neat portrait, in deed, as they frequently are for these issues.
A very close one (RIC.200) also from fourth officina.

Yes, Rome issued some nice portraits. It is interesting in how much variety there is though. Below are two more RIC 196, which have little differences, but mainly the nose.

The Carthago portrait is also very close.
