Here is a fairly rare type that I just got...the obverse is a bit weak, but the reverse is nice.

DIVO GAL VAL MAXIMIANO, Veiled head right.
FORTI FOR-TVNAE, Fortuna standing left, holding rudder set on globe and cornucopia; wheel at feet to right
In ex. SIS, in right field B over symbol that looks a bit like an M

I just got another example- RIC VI Siscia 226. If I remember, I will post a better picture when it arrives.
