I am not so sure. Judging from the picture, it does not resemble anything specific. I can only say that there was once a letter which has been heavily distorted. Could be Q, but also P or even S.

Of course! And I believe you that you see Q. But proof should be clear for everybody. Maybe better picture could show this Q without doubt.
